I am a PhD student in Management Science and Operations at the London Business School. I work with Professor Dr. Nitin Bakshi. I am broadly interested in the practical applications of probability, stochastic processes and queueing in the fields of operations research and operations management.
Education
Masters of Engineering in Telecommunications, Dept. of Electrical Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, 2010
Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Dept. of Electronics and Communications, College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna Universty, Chennai, India, 2008

Experience
June 2010 - June 2011: I worked for a year at Cisco Systems in their mobile internet technology group (MIT-G). I was involved in the design and software development of chassis redundancy mechanisms for mobile gateway products.
June 2011 - September 2012: I was a research engineer at CEWiT, IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai. The company works on standardizing LTE, the 4G standard proposed by 3GPP and has entered the stage of deployment. My work involved mathematically modelling power control algorithms in LTE and prediction and estimation of these algorithms in real-time.
